Recipe/Serving Suggestion:
Knead marzipan until pliable and roll out using icing sugar to prevent sticking to a thickness of 5mm (1/4 inch). Brush cake thinly with apricot jam and cover cake with marzipan. 1 pack covers a 6 inch cake. Any unused marzipan should be wrapped in polythene or kitchen foil to prevent crusting.
