To prepare and cook...
1 Pre-heat oven to 210°C (180°C for a fan oven) / 425°F / Gas Mark 7. Prepare your filling and place in a 1 litre/2pint ovenproof dish.
2 Using a spoon, mix the sachet of crumble with 20 ml (4 teaspoons) of cold milk, until the mix is moistened.
3 Spoon the crumble topping over your filling and bake in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
Why not add?
Dessicated coconut to the crumble topping for that nutty taste, or vanilla essence to roasted rhubarb for rhubarb crumble with a difference.
